For issue 36 of VOLATA magazine, we've revived the slogan "Cycling in Struggle"—which we debuted in issue 6 to discuss cycling and social movements—to delve into and reflect on some of the current issues in the sport: such as the labor rights of women cyclists, sustainability, pollution during Grand Tours, and family-life balance.

In this issue, you'll find articles on lubricant contamination, The Cycling Alliance's mentoring program for young cyclists, the challenges of the textile industry, a report on Ciclosferia and the promotion of mobility through cycling fairs, a retrospective of May '68, and an analysis of the environmental impact of the Tour de France and La Vuelta.

We also include a Badlands special, with an extensive account of the adventure by our colleagues David Rovira and Juan Antonio Flecha. We interview André Greipel one year after his retirement.
