For issue 30 of VOLATA magazine, we've prepared a special feature on Innovation in which we explored the thinking and behavior of those who have been instrumental in changes, advancements, and turning points, even if their work hasn't led to the creation of any patents. Small changes that can be equally powerful. We held leisurely conversations with Kern Pharma coach Iosune Murillo—the only female coach in the UCI Pro Tour category—with Carlos Coloma and David Valero, with whom we discussed the medal won at Tokyo 2020 for Spanish MTB, and with pro Michael Woods and his commitment to reducing his carbon footprint.

We also spoke with Paola Santini, co-director of the Santini clothing brand, and Valentino Campagnolo, heir to the helm of the components brand founded by his father Tullio in 1940.
