Sized for riders looking for a higher volume fit, the VENTO INFINITO KNIT CARBON 2 WIDE is a high-performance racing cycling shoe designed with a new, advanced knit upper for increased breathability.

GREATER VOLUME

Designed with a high-performance fit for riders with wider feet, the Infinito Carbon 2 Wide provides a higher volume fit with more forefoot room around the ball of the foot and metatarsals.

REFINED KNIT UPPER

While still delivering all the advanced features proven in racing with professional peloton athletes, the latest version of the Infinito Knit features a refined knit construction that seamlessly integrates superior ventilation throughout the upper, further optimized by shedding more weight than ever before. An incredibly breathable woven mesh base combines with specific woven areas of thermofused TPU yarn to create foot support where athletes need it most. This ensures effective power transfer to the pedals with the same support and pedaling efficiency as a traditional cycling shoe.

SUPPORT AND COMFORT

A specific piece of the upper part of the shoe wraps around the plantar arch and can be precisely adjusted for a perfect fit and better plantar fascia support using the latest Li2 BOA® platform. The volume of the forefoot area can be controlled through Infinity, a unique fit setting feature. The Infinito balances tension and further eliminates pressure hot spots through the use of BOA® textile lace guides. This fit system works over a larger area of the shoe's upper, pulling the eyelets inward consistently from all directions for a more comfortable, supportive fit.

VOLUME CONTROL SYSTEM

The Volume Control system allows differentiated fit adjustments for the instep and forefoot areas, the shape and volume of which can vary widely between riders. Featuring the latest Li2 BOA® Fit System platform with a smaller dial diameter and a lower, more aerodynamic profile, riders can adjust the fit to their unique foot shape, ensuring maximum performance without compromising comfort.

R2 CARBON SOLE

The updated Infinito also features an all-new outsole with an engineered carbon fiber layer that saves weight and offers greater rigidity. With a stiffness index of 10, this sole is the stiffest in the fizik range. A wide ventilation inlet and deep internal channeling provide cooling airflow, helping to regulate temperature. The cleat position is slightly further back compared to traditional configurations to optimize pedaling efficiency and reduce knee compression, especially suitable for forward and very aggressive aerodynamic positions.
