Easily attaches to Thule Pack ’n Pedal Tour Rack rails in order to slide Thule Pack ’n Pedal panniers further back on the bike. Creates more clearance for pedaling action if needed. Can be used on front or rear mounted Thule Pack ’n Pedal Tour Rack.
