The new Tech 4 E4 is based on our experience of more than 25 years in the design and manufacture of hydraulic brakes.
The Tech 4 uses an all-new internal seal to reduce friction and the lever rotates on bearings, minimizing spring work, resulting in a lighter lever action that reduces rider fatigue and maintains our modulation and feel. legendary.

The updated E4 caliper uses hybrid-style stainless steel pistons with a phenolic insert that allows for smoother movement and less maintenance, while also being able to handle high temperatures without heat transfer during extreme use.
