NEW 1:0.8 RATIO REPLACES 2:1 RATIO
A 1:0.8 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose increases the percentage of ingested carbohydrates that are oxidized (known as efficiency) from 62% to 74% compared to a 2:1 ratio.
A 1:0.8 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose reduces self-reported symptoms of fullness compared to a 2:1 ratio.

Suggested Use:
Each chewable bar contains 45 grams of carbohydrate. Depending on the sport or event, it is recommended to consume 1 to 3 chewable bars every hour during exercise to achieve a target intake of 80 to 120 g. In some circumstances, such as cold weather, it may be necessary to consume more.
