Purchase Conditions and Returns

Conditions only for online orders
The customer may return any item or order provided that the following situations are met:

THE PURCHASE DOES NOT SATISFY THE CUSTOMER'S WISHES:

Jormabike.com will refund the amount of the item or items returned, but in no case the shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer and other management costs such as those associated with the return of money. You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt, to execute the right of return. (see return conditions).

THE PURCHASE CONTAINS AN WRONG ITEM NOT REQUESTED IN YOUR ORDER:

You must contact jormabike.com, through the contact form on the website or through the email [email protected], giving the number of your order and your name. Once the wrong item is received, we will send you the originally ordered item. If the shipment of the originally ordered item was not possible, we will give you a solution in the shortest possible time. In all situations jormabike.com assumes the amount of postage and other management costs such as those associated with the return of money if the case arises. (See return conditions).

Note: To receive any payment, you must necessarily follow the instructions that we will give you prior to sending your return. Any different procedure will be cause for non-payment by jormabike.com.

CHANGE OF SIZE OR MEASURE:

You will need to contact jormabike.com and give your order reference as well as your name. You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt to execute the right of return. Once the wrong item has been received, we will send the same item in the correct size or measurement indicated by the customer again. Jormabike.com assumes the postage of the new shipment and the customer assumes the postage of the return. The shipment of the new product free of charge for the customer will be carried out through the Post Office.

If the shipment of the same item in another size or measurement is not possible due to lack of definitive stock or other reasons, the customer may exchange it for another item with a lower, equal or higher price than the one originally purchased. Jormabike.com would calculate the situation of the new shipment and would pay or collect the money resulting from the new situation.

In the event that the item is reimbursed, Jormabike.com will refund the amount of the item, but in no case the postage or other management costs. (see return conditions).

THE ORDER IS LOST OR ARRIVED IN BAD CONDITIONS:

Jormabike.com uses the maximum protection measures in all its shipments. Cases of loss or deterioration are practically non-existent. If you receive an open package or in very poor condition at first glance, do not sign the delivery note of the transport agency and reject the order.

Jormabike.com will carry out the pertinent checks and will send the same order at no cost to the customer once the return of the order in poor condition has been received and the damage to the material has been verified. In this situation, the customer may also cancel the order and jormabike.com will pay the entire order. (see return conditions).

RETURN CONDITIONS

Jormabike.com will make returns and exchanges provided that the following conditions are met:

The products must be in perfect condition without having been used.

The refund of money will be made through the same means of payment that was used in the order.

In the case of cash return, the customer must pay 5 euros for management fees. In the case of return by transfer, the client must pay 5 euros for management fees. In the case of a return to your credit card, nothing will be charged; This assumption is valid only in the event that the card payment had been made directly through our virtual store by entering the data in it.

GUARANTEE

All products are subject to the warranty offered by the product manufacturer. Jormabike.com will in no case pronounce itself in favor or against regarding the possible guarantee of any product. The solution against or in favor of accepting a guarantee is always the responsibility of the official distributor of the brand or the manufacturer.

Very important note: Any shipment of product without prior communication with jormabike.com will not be accepted in any case. As obvious as the situation may be, it is necessary to contact us before any shipment.

The postage for shipping the product to jormabike.com will always be borne by the customer. Subsequent shipments will be subject to 2 situations:

IF THE PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY:

Jormabike.com assumes the postage for shipping the product to the manufacturer for product review and assumes the postage for shipping the product under warranty to the customer.

IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY:

Jormabike.com does not assume any expenses and the customer will have to pay all the expenses derived from the shipment of the product to the manufacturer, return to jormabike.com and the shipment of the product back to the customer. Other expenses will be added to the jormabike.com minimum shipping rate of 9.50 euros.

If the manufacturer or distributor proposes repairing the product, the customer will be informed at all times of the cost of the repair before making any decision.

Note: Jormabike.com will return the product to the customer by Post.

DISPUTES AND CONFLICTS

In case of Dispute, the client will go to Jormabike.com to reach an amicable solution. If the litigation persists, only the courts of the Principality of Andorra will have jurisdiction to pass judgment.
