Thanks to an exclusive collaboration with the KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mips, we share the CAD designs of our helmets and study the malleable skulls of little ones using finite element analysis (FEA). Since kids' heads are softer and still developing, the result of this collaboration has been the use of low-density foam.

DATA-DRIVEN INNOVATION: Coming off of our collaboration with KTH and Mips, the Mio 2 has increased the amount of low-density foam inside by 16.5%, only increasing the helmet size by 2.5%.

COMFORT: The Mio 2 may have the latest and greatest technology inside, but that only matters when the helmet is worn correctly. That's why the Mio 2 features kid-specific sizing and our SX helmet fit system, to help it stay snug and comfortable whenever it's worn. The easy-to-use Tri-Fix strap splitter makes getting a “no-fuss” fit incredibly simple – all for a helmet they’ll want to wear.

UNLEASH THEIR IMAGINATION: On the outside, the Mio 2 comes in vibrant colors that inspire fun and creativity in adventurous kids. The included sticker pack offers a retro vibe with a modern twist, featuring bright graphics and lettering for even more customization.
