Shimano J05A-RF brake pads for XTR, XT, SLX and Alfine - extra long life

Shimano's J05A-RF brake pads are organically coated on a lightweight aluminum backing plate and feature Ice-Tech cooling fins. They are compatible with older XTR brakes, with XT, SLX, Deore, as well as older Alfine disc brakes and some Road 2-pistons. Compared with the J03A model, the wear resistance has been enlarged by about 40%. The built-in cooling fins provide excellent heat dissipation, thus reducing the risk of fade while increasing the life of the brake pads. In addition, the J05A-RF convinces with the best dosing and a very low noise development. Thanks to their above-average braking power, their stability and their optimized thermal insulation, they behave reliably in both wet and dry conditions.
