A versatile endurance racing bike saddle with a combination of a carbon-reinforced nylon shell and S-Alloy rails.

TEMPO ARGO R5 is a versatile endurance road saddle with a short nose design and generous ischial support that encourages stability.

While the traditional saddle shape encourages riders to change their position frequently for better leverage, the Argo places the rider in a more planted position, resulting in greater stability and better weight distribution.

The short length of the Tempo Argo allows the rider to sit further forward without putting undue pressure on sensitive tissues.

It also features an ergonomic cutout that was developed using detailed pressure analysis and input from medical experts.

Argo is our most versatile saddle shape and each version suits different riding styles. As an endurance riding option, Tempo Argo has been designed to offer a riding feel that matches the balanced geometry of today's multipurpose road machines.

The padding is made from Fizik's proprietary Type 2 foam formulation, slightly thicker around the sit bone area to support a more upright riding posture.

The cushioning is slightly softer and more progressive than what we use in our racing saddles, providing more comfort over long distances.

Argo is a product of the Fizik Concepts program, an interdisciplinary collaboration of academics and industry-leading experts who conduct research and analysis on bicycle technology, design, physiology and fit in search of ways to improve cycling performance.
