The S-Works Torch is the evolution of cycling's most successful shoe. Using Body Geometry technology along with biomimicry, data science, and obsessive craftsmanship, we've designed a shoe so carefully constructed you'll forget you're wearing it.

Leveraging data science, we refined every detail of the S-Works Torch to improve fit and performance. The BOA® cable runs downward and at an angle, preventing the first metatarsal from lifting and providing a structure that improves power transfer while eliminating unwanted pressure or bunching. More adaptable upper materials allow natural foot movement where needed for greater comfort, while data-driven zonal reinforcement locks your foot in place, ensuring crisp power delivery and optimal efficiency.

• The redesigned upper features reinforcements in key areas and also offers adaptive support zones to create a fit that disappears into the foot.
• According to data collected from Retül foot scans, the new carbon sole is 4 mm wider at the metatarsal than the previous generation of S-Works 7 shoes.
• By optimizing its construction, the new carbon sole is 20 g lighter than that of the S-Works 7. The internal "I-Beam" reinforcement ensures it maintains the same stiffness index of 15 as the previous generation.
• The updated last uses Retül data to better adapt to the shape of riders' feet, tilting slightly laterally to provide a tighter, more supportive fit.
• The asymmetrical heel piece provides more space for the Achilles tendon, providing support to the medial side while removing material from the lateral side, allowing for a lower collar.
• Updated BOA® cable routing improves lockdown and reduces pressure on the anterior ankle ligaments.
• Aluminum BOA® S3 dials for on-the-fly micro-adjustments, backed by the BOA® Guarantee.
• Titanium cleat bolts can be moved to position the pedal or cleats 5 mm rearward. The three-bolt cleat adjustment fits most road pedals.
• Replaceable, slip-resistant heel with internally threaded bolts for added security.
