A well cooled head always performs better. The new S-Works Prevail II Vent helmet helps to better regulate your body temperature keeping you cooler on all your bike rides.

We've taken everything the S-Works Prevail II did well, and made it even better. One of the biggest benefits was the elimination of a total of seven central and lateral connecting bridges, creating wider and more efficient ventilation channels. We increased airflow 18% more than the original Prevail II. The faster the air flows through the head, the faster the ventilation. This is thanks to more efficient convective heat transfer, which translates into the coolest helmet we've ever made.


The new 5th Dimension cooling system, patented and reinforced with carbon fiber and aramid, provides internal EPS support that allows 20% larger vents, with deep internal channels and aligned exhaust paths. In addition, the new MIPs SL perforated pad kit keeps moisture moving and allows for even greater breathability.
Our ANGi Crash Sensor gives you and your loved ones peace of mind like never before. When paired with our iOS or Android app, the sensor detects an accident and sends a text message to specified contacts on your phone. It also syncs with our app and STRAVA® to provide GPS-based activity tracking. Your new helmet even includes a lifetime subscription to the Specialized Ride app.
Our ultralight and supremely comfortable version of the MIPS, the MIPS SL, has only gotten better. We've added perforations, along with a ripstop mesh to maximize breathability and performance. With the MIPS SL, we've integrated MIPS technology into the helmet's padding itself. The MIPS SL's minimalist "watchband" attachment system provides 10 to 15 millimeters of rotation in each direction and offers the same brain protection benefits as other MIPS versions, while introducing a new level of comfort and lightness.
