ARO5 Race is designed to offer maximum performance and maximum breathability on the road. ARO5 Race has an aerodynamic and ventilated design, designed for results, which considerably increases air flow through the 19 ventilation ports. ARO5 Race is lighter than its predecessor, the ARO5, and offers the advantage needed to overtake the peloton. By combining the additional technical advances of optical integration, comfort and protection, ARO5 Race is ready for speed.

- FIT: The BOA 360° fit system includes an adjustable dial that offers a more secure fit and maximizes safety. General improvements to the shell shape ensure the ARO5 Race sits lower on the head for greater balance and a more natural fit to the contours of the head.

- LIGHTWEIGHT: ARO5 Race is lighter than its predecessor, the ARO5, something it achieves through the new shell design and other internal modifications.

- PROTECTION: The Mips® Air safety system consists of a low-friction layer integrated into the helmet and designed to reduce rotational movement to the head and help reduce damaging forces that could impact the user's head.

- VENTILATION: ARO5 Race includes ventilation ports for the front and upper parts, with a new design that considerably increases air flow and breathability. It has 19 ventilation slots in total on the top, side and rear sections.

- LINING: The Ionic+™ antimicrobial lining is activated to control sweat and odor and keep you fresh.

- GLASSES STORAGE: Ventilation slots on the front offer cyclists a space to easily store their glasses. Unobtainium® grips hold glasses temples in place; and the foam cuts on the inside of the helmet prevent damage that the temples can do to the user's head in the event of an impact, creating a simple and intuitive storage space for cyclists.

- DESIGN: ARO5 Race has a brand insignia with an Iridium® coating that reflects the colors of the Prizm™ lenses used in Oakley glasses. The color of each badge is unique to the helmet color, and all celebrate Oakley's optical heritage.
