An unquestionable style? There you have it. With the S-Works Recon you will have XC shoes that certainly do not fail.

We've taken a no-holds-barred approach to transferring every ounce of power to the pedals. The sole has a rubber toe and heel to increase traction off the bike, while the upper is made with harder TPU to offer perfect stability and power transfer to the pedal. Its completely improved Padlock™ heel, meanwhile, offers more comfort with the same exceptional heel support as previous models. Lastly, the space-grade Dyneema™ material used in the upper doesn't give away under wear, ensuring your foot stays where it belongs. With the combination of all these features, you can be sure that we uphold the motto that “every watt counts”.

When it comes to comfort, we've retained all the Body Geometry elements you know and love, including longitudinal arch, varus wedge, and metatarsal pad. All of these elements are ergonomically designed and have been scientifically proven to not only increase power, but also increase efficiency and reduce the risk of injury. In addition, when designing the S-Works Recon we have taken elegance into account so that its form complements its function, so you will find seams that are linked to each other instead of sewn, simplifying the lines and adapting to your foot to offer great comfort. Exclusive CNC alloy Boa® dials add style, feature a durable spring-adjust interior and offer precise 1-millimeter micro-adjustment for the perfect fit.
