The Cosmic Thermo Bib Tight is the evolution of a much-loved item of Mavic winter cycling clothing: now with updated Ergo Contact insert, these bib tight keep protection against elements for cold weather base rides and training sessions.

Perfect for late fall, winter or early spring, it's made for experienced riders who aren't afraid to keep training through the winter. The Cosmic Thermo Bib Short, an updated version of our old Cosmic Elite Thermo Bib Short, is designed to give the rider maximum comfort in cold and wet conditions.

Made from 2 different materials, these bib shorts have been carefully reworked. The main fabric is highly technical from our Italian supplier: four-way stretch, brushed back, with a high level of abrasion resistance, providing soft leg support and freedom of movement. The knitted construction along with the brushed skin side provides insulation benefits uncommon for performance stretch fabrics.

The second fabric of the lower leg, highly exposed to protrusions, is made of an elastic membranous fabric to repel water and dirt.

The tights feature our updated Ergo Contact insert made with a unique Ortholite® multi-layer construction that offers plenty of support with minimal bulk. The chamy effectively absorbs shock and vibration while still giving you a close connection to the saddle. It's designed to improve moisture management and flexibility to give you more freedom of movement.

The overall shape of the bib is cut high-profile above the navel for maximum warmth while ensuring riders don't overheat with a low back construction.

The multi-panel construction allows for a precise fit and special attention was paid to move the seams away from the back of the knees to increase comfort. Reflective details have been carefully placed with a strategically placed 360° visible reflective stripe when the legs move the most, based on biomechanical safety studies.
