The Madone SL 5 Gen 8 is a lightweight and aerodynamic road bike that offers high-performance technology at a more affordable price. It offers similar aerodynamic advantages to the Madone SLR Gen 8 models, but with a more economical OCLV 500 carbon fiber layup and a two-piece cockpit with hidden cable routing.

The Shimano 105 groupset, the aluminum handlebar, and the aluminum wheels keep the price down, while still offering precise and reliable mechanical shifting.
