Gravel, touring and bikepacking require more robust equipment. Frame, wheels, tires, clothing: nothing in a rider's kit escapes him, which is why the KIESPANZER ("Gravel Tank") provides the durability needed for the bikes inevitable off-road abuse. It's also equipped with storage solutions for essentials during day trips or to supplement packing space. Keeping riding essentials easily accessible in extremely breathable and highly stretchable 3-panel mesh pockets. Reflective stripes provide visibility for early departures, late returns, or that long twilight as you cover the last few miles to the next hotel or campground.

Textile

.429-type wraps with a slightly compressive grip for a streamlined, breathable fit. When the dirt "road" turns into a track and the brush along the trail closes in, the Bunny Hop Side Panels offer abrasion protection that still stretches and compresses like a road-specific fabric thanks to the knit blend 50% polyamide and 50% elastane.

X-Frame : A-Frame seat stay system adopted from the MILLE GTS seat stays. Limited drop in the lower back for a secure fit that stabilizes the chamois and main panel.

Silicone Leg Grippers: A sturdier, gravel-ready version of the Lycra leg design that wraps the thigh without bulk.

Four-Pocket System: Two triple-ramp thigh pockets keep riding essentials safely stowed away; two discreet back pockets to keep small items safe. Tabs, a solution developed by Assos in response to rider feedback, make access easy.

MILLE GTC C2 INSERT

Shock-Absorb Damping Twin: roShock and FilterFoam form two layers and 19mm gravel comfort. The thermoformed shape that reduces irritation and the Top SheetTex for odor control are invaluable when traveling or cycling.

goldenGate: The stitching pattern anchors the front and back, but allows the insert to float, allowing the chamois to move with your body rather than against it.

kraterCooler: Holes in the front of the chamois allow airflow into the chamois to maintain breathability on hot summer days.

3D Waffle: A proprietary three-layer perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.
