The P ZERO™ Race TLR RS is the latest addition to our range of P ZERO™ Race road racing tires, manufactured in Italy. It was developed in collaboration with professional athletes from our World Tour teams to deliver superior performance in speed and grip compared to any other tire we have created. This has been made possible by the new SmartEVO² compound, formulated with the technical expertise and latest materials used in the world of motorsport, which guarantees greater grip and handling on both dry and wet surfaces. Furthermore, we have lightened the patented SpeedCORE™ structure, which features a thin, airtight layer of rubber compound with aramid particles. The combination of these factors has allowed us to create a high-performance tire that is even faster for competitors, but also for those who want to enjoy the same technology as the professionals.

SmartEVO2

The new SmartEVO² represents the latest advancement in our high-performance racing bicycle tire compound, enhanced by incorporating our expertise in top-level motorsport and the demands of modern World Tour cycling. It evolves from the SmartEVO blend of three polymers with 'intelligent' characteristics, utilizing new materials and innovative mixing processes, now possible at our own manufacturing facility in Italy, located near our global R&D headquarters. This translates into an overall improvement in grip, especially on wet surfaces, and a reduction in rolling resistance to record-breaking levels for its category, elevating both performance and handling feel to what the world's fastest World Tour riders demand. SpeedCORE SpeedCORE™ is an innovative tubeless-ready construction developed by Pirelli (Patent Pending) for our high-performance cycling tires, representing our most advanced TLR technology to date. Derived from Pirelli's automotive know-how and made possible by our new production facility in Italy, near our headquarters in Milan, the SpeedCORE™ construction consists of a thin, airtight layer of rubber compound infused with aramid particles. This layer covers the inner part of the tire and, thanks to the presence of aramid in the rubber compound, allows for better mechanical resistance, improved air retention, and greater overall flexibility—all contributing to the tire's overall performance.
