Using our exclusive STRIDE toe-flex technology, the nylon outsole uses a TPU-injected forefoot for natural movement off the bike, while also providing a 6.0 stiffness index for performance in the saddle. We've also raised the heel for an even more natural feel when walking.

To create off-the-bike traction wet or dry, gravel or dirt, we coat the nylon outsole with our SlipNot compound. If you need traction in the wet, you can also rest easy knowing that the XPEL mesh used through the Recon 2.0 won't clog with water and will dry exceptionally fast.
