DEVELOPMENT
This garment presents a significant change in the area of clothing, evolving from traditional processes to new techniques of bonding or sewing without thread. With this, the weight of the jersey has been reduced by 20% compared to the previous model.
The sleeves are elongated and lose the tape, being finished off with a heat-sealed hem. They use a ribbed fabric that combines satin and matte lines.
The zipper is visible and completely clean on the outside. The placket is reduced, covering only the lower end, avoiding possible friction with the shorts.
On the back, its 3 reinforced angular-cut pockets have a new textured fabric that favors air dissipation.
The front edge and the pocket opening on the back are folded and heat-sealed.
The back ends with silicone rubber at the waist, including a woven reflective strip.
A reflective detail is also included in the upper part of the back.
