Does my Online Order include VAT?

All products sent to Spain and the Balearic Islands that can be added to the cart*, include the complete tax declaration and any expenses associated with exportation. Products sent to other countries do not include VAT

What countries do you ship items to?

To all the world! If your country does not appear in the list of countries, please contact us and we will confirm if your order can be sent to your shipping country. Please note that some of our brands are not authorized to be shipped to certain countries.

How to make a return?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of up to 14 business days to notify us of the return of the same through the following email [email protected].

To make the return you have to send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use.

The shipment of the return to our warehouse is borne by the customer. If the item is minimally used, we do not accept the return. It is very important that you return the perfectly packaged products to us. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, Esports Jorma will accept the return of the product and the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made:

What are the delivery times?

You have the approximate delivery time in each product sheet.

When will I recive my order?

You can find out the delivery date or collection date of a product by looking at the product file of each one. Once you have purchased it, you can track it through your profile or tracking email.

Is the bicycle that I bought on the web delivered assembled?

The bicycles are delivered adjusted and practically assembled, you will only have to assemble the handlebars, the pedals, the saddle and place the front wheel.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Of course! You can cancel it, as long as it has not left our facilities, or return it once you have received it during the next 14 days. You would have to send us an email to [email protected] so that we can process it for you.

Can I return a product that I have used?

No, if it has been used you cannot return it.

What forms of payment are available?

We have multiple forms of payment: by credit card, cash on delivery or bank transfer

Can items be added to an already placed order?

Yes, as long as the order has not left our warehouses.

Do the products have a guarantee?

Yes, all products are covered by the legal guarantee offered by the manufacturer.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the country where the package is sent and the volume and weight of the items. For shipments to Spain, shipping is free from €59 with a minimum shipping cost of €12 if the order does not reach €59. Every time you add a product to the shopping cart, the shipping costs change automatically. In this way you can check the total price of the items in the shopping cart.

How will my package be shipped?

When placing an order to Spain or Andorra your order will be sent by MRW to the rest of the countries it will be sent using La Poste Colissimo or Correos

Can I finance my purchase?

No, we currently do not have fractional payment methods

Do you rent bikes?

No, we do not have a bicycle rental service

Why should I leave a review on my items and how?

We invite you to write a review about the item you have purchased on our website, in this way, you are helping other customers to make the right decision.

How can I know if an item is in stock?

We have a wide variety of items in stock. When selecting an item, if it is in stock, it will show you an approximate delivery date and let you add the product to the shopping cart. If the product is not in Stock, a message will appear with "Out of Stock" and it will not let you add the product to the cart.

Please note that the delivery date is only a reference. The estimated delivery date does not take into account weekends and local holidays. We do our best to meet the indicated delivery dates and we will inform you immediately if, despite our efforts, your order suffers any change or delay.
